First, according to the results of conducting factor analysis on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention, organizational commitment has two factors, reliable organizational commitment and intrinsic organizational commitment, and turnover intention also has two factors, calculative turnover intention and financial turnover intention. Job satisfaction has only one factor, so the mean value is employed. To sum up the above results, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention influence one another in those engaged in beauty care service industry doing social contribution activity, and if in service industry, they pursue management philosophy and organizational development, it will enhance job satisfaction in the organization and organizational commitment positively, too, which eventually influences turnover intention. Also, in service industry where beauty care providers are working, if they constantly manage and invest in education programs to develop their employees based on long-term growth potential as well as CEO`s leadership, those involved in beauty care industry will stay in the current business that will bring their individual growth and provide services and techniques with passion and pride. Meanwhile, those engaged in beauty care hardly want to change jobs if they are satisfied with the service industry they are currently in.
