| Abstract |
|
The study was conducted on a group of female college students that have already become obese. This group has an average BMI over of 23 and an average WHR over 0.82. From January 6th, 2014 through to February 28th, 2014, a group 14 people met 3 times per week for 4 weeks, for 35 minutes sessions. SPSS WIN 22.0 was used for paired t-test. During these sessions it was found that as a result of Crystal Thermal Therapy the Body compositions and Blood-Lipid Ratios are as followed: During and after the experiment the symptoms of the study group`s metabolic syndrome showed lower waist measurements, TG concentration, and HDL-C concentration by a miniscule factor.
