Abstract
This study investigated the cytokine excretion of spleen cells and histopathological changes in atopic-like dermatitis model, and evaluated the anti-atopic effects of black currant seed oil. BALB/c mice (five-week old) were divided into four groups: N (normal group, nontreated), C (control group, induced atopic dermatitis), PC (positive control group, Tacrolimus ointment treatment for induced atopic dermatitis), and E (experiment group, Black currant seed oil treatment for induced atopic dermatitis, E).
