|
This study was a sea cucumber experiment does not damaged the skin. It has identified the bioactive efficacy and suitability of sea cucumber extract. Act as sea cucumber extraction solvent was 50% ethanol extraction solvent ratio of 1:10. Safety was a top priority. It selected the optimum extraction conditions. The polyphenol, total flavonoid content, antioxidant activity, DPPH radical scavenging activity was confirmed. When a concentration-dependent increase in the sea cucumber extract concentration is confirmed result is increased. NO it was suppressing the formation. It inhibits melanin production. It confirmed the higher inhibitory effect than arbutin. MMP-1 expression was confirmed inhibitory effect. Confirmed the inhibitory ability of phosphorylated ERK and JNK. The MMP-1 expression was confirmed an inhibitory action through inhibiting the phosphorylation of ERK and JNK activity efficacy was changed depending on the solvent conditions. This was confirmed chondroitin sulfate, sea cucumber bioactive phenolic substances. eicosapentaenoic acid of the mountain, chondroitin sulfate (saponin) components. Sea cucumber extract-containing cosmetics (cream) has determined that further study of the skin clinical trial is needed. It was confirmed with anti-melanin and anti-aging, anti-inflammatory agents, anti-cosmetic functional material, natural bioactive substances. It can be used as a cosmetic material.
