| Abstract |
|
In this study, we investigated the possibility of Paeonia japonica ethanol extract as a cosmetic ingredient and evaluate the antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory, cytotoxic efficacy of those of Paeonia japonica ethanol extract. As a result, DPPH radical scavenging activity, the results showed that the ABTS radical scavenging activity results scavenging activity was similarly measured to determine the increased dose-dependently increased the radical scavenging activity with increasing concentration of Paeonia japonica ethanol extract. Showed a polyphenol and flavonoid contents of each content of 125.1 |
