The Effects of Self- Leadership of Beauty Workers on Mindfulness and Beliefs |

Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for beauty industry as self - leadership, mindfulness and belief as an important variable for designing a positive life by allotting pleasure, belief and satisfaction about the value of accomplishment of accomplishment by beauty workers. A study of the effects of self - leadership on mindfulness and beliefs was conducted through 332 questionnaires distributed to the beauty workers in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. Data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis are as follows. The demographic characteristics of the respondents were single women graduated or graduated from college, with an average monthly income of between 1 million and 2 million won in their 20s. In addition, the type of work was franchise salon, apartment complex and housing, and the average working time was from 8 hours to less than 10 hours, less than 5 years. As a result of studying the self-leadership factors, five factors such as conceptual type, check type, colloquial type, book type, and problem solving type were derived. The factors of mindfulness factor were derived from four factors of non-judgment result, current self-awareness, decentralization, and non-concentration of the state, and five factors of self-disposition, comfort desire, fairness desire, recognition desire. As a result of studying the effects of self-leadership on mindfulness, it was found that the higher the self-consciousness of self-leadership, the higher the decentralization and critical acceptance factors of mindfulness. The results of this study showed that self-leadership has a higher desire for achievement in self-leadership, self-control, and self-control. Self-leadership has a higher desire for comfort. |
