The Effects of Education Service Quality on Job Utility - Focusing on Moderating Effects of Career Search Activity and Career Attitude |

Abstract |
This paper attempts to study the causal relationship of education service quality and job utility as well as the moderating effect of career attitude and career search activity from the perspective of the SERVQUAL model. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the beauty shop staffs according to specific sample groups. The collected data were analysed using regression analysis and hierarchical analysis to examine the hypothesized relationships via SPSS 18.0 software. Major results show that the education service quality(e.g., availability, responsibility, education management, education contents) has a positive effect on job utility. And moderating effect of career attitude and career search activity on the relation between education service quality and job utility are partial identified. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the mechanism of how the management of education service quality can result in a comprehensive set of organizational benefits for educational institution and trainee. |
