The Effect of Subjective Sense of Well-being and Appreciation Propensity on Self-resilience of a Foreign Student in Department of Beauty

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of subjective sense of well-being and appreciation propensity on self-resilience of a foreign student in department of beauty and to contribute to establish systematic and desirable direction of education. As for the subject of this study, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and 265 of them were retrieved and statistical data was obtained with 253 valid questionnaires. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the collected data. Analytical analysis was carried out on the data in the form of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, first, There is no problem in the reliability analysis of self-resilience and subjective sense of well-being and appreciation propensity. Second, self-resilience affects subjective sense of well-being and appreciation propensity. Through this study, It will provide basic data to contribute to the rational management of beauty workers and the status of our country's beauty is expected to be higher.
