Development and Effect of Enhancement Resilience Program for Emotional Labor Hair Designers

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a program to improve resilience for hair designers engaged in emotional labor and to verify its effectiveness. To this end, a program was created that includes various dynamic activities that can utilize the creativity, artistry and creativity of the hair designer. A total of 18 hair designers in the hair beauty industry were recruited, and 9 control groups and 9 experimental groups were wirelessly assigned, and the experiment group conducted a program for 120 minutes once a week for 6 weeks. The control group and the experimental group participated in the preparation of pre-post surveys to analyze the effectiveness of the program, and the research tool used a measure of resilience. As a data analysis to verify the effectiveness of the program, Mann-whitney U test was conducted to verify the pre-homogeneity of resilience between the experimental and control groups using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. To analyze differences between groups, Wilcoxon's signed-ranks test was conducted, and the contents of activities and experience reports for each session were analyzed. Results of the study First, after the program was executed, the resilience of the experimental group showed significant changes in interpersonal ability (Z=-2.207, p<.05) and overall resilience (Z=-2.366, p<.05). It was verified that this program is effective in enhancing the resilience of emotional labor hair designer. Second, as a result of qualitative analysis of activity contents and experience reports for each session, in the case of control and positive, which are sub-factors of resilience, awareness and understanding of one's own emotions through the program are realized, and the negative situation that causes these emotions is more positive. I looked. In addition, in the area of sociality, which is a sub-factor, we reported experiences that helped to form interpersonal relationships through the process of sharing, sympathizing, and communicating stories between participants.
