| Abstract |
|
In this paper, we have studied on the ratio and content of amino acid in the sample virgin hairs which has no beauty treatment for total 60 person for each 20 for 8 year old girls, 20~30 years old and over 65 years old women. As the result, we found there are difference in the amino acid among the hairs of elderly Women, girl and adult women except Serine, Glycine, Tyrosine, Methionine, Tryptophan. Namely, it is shown that content of amino acid for elderly women is lower than that for girl and adult women. But, there is not show difference between the content of amino acid for girl and adult women. Content of amino acid for girl`s hair has almost same quantity of content of adult women`s hair. here is not show difference statistically in the ratio of content of amino acid among the girls, adult women, elderly women. It is shown that the ratios of content of amino acid among the each sample was almost regular. Content of 6 types amino acid such as Cyx*, Glx***, Proline, Serine, Leucine, Glycine occupied over 50%, it shows that it takes higher ratio relatively. Others, the content of amino acids such as Tryptophan, Methionine, Histidine, Phenylalanine are shown that these are included in very small quantity. |
