These studies were investigated the effects of M1 on cytokines regulation in association with bronchial asthma immune-cell related cytokines and Immunoglobin E (IgE) production and histological change in OVA-induced asthma mouse model. 1. Lung weight of the mice group treated with M1 decreased significantly compared with that of control group. 2. Total cells in lung, total leukocytes in BALF, and eosinophils in BALF of the mice group treated with M1 decreased significantly compared with those of control group. 3.
