Abstract

To activator of Wnt siganling by essential oils, we used TOP flash repoter system in dermal papilla cells. As a result, we can find that cinnamon, sandalwood, citronella, geranium rose, lemongrass, rose absolute, and neroli oils are molecules for Wnt siganling activation. So, we carried out to investigate the effect of these essential oils on hair growth in a shaving animal model of C57BL/6 mice. The animals were divided into 9 groups including negative control group (vehicle), positive control group(5% minoxidil), and experimental groups (3% cinnamon, sandalwood, citronella, geranium rose, lemongrass, rose absolute, and neroli) and they were topically applied with an amount of 100
