| Abstract |
|
The purposes of this study were member to achieve necessary all activity to achieve purpose of hair salon efficiently because stand by individual`s man-power development and competent person positivity, and professional to present beauty salon employees has belief in salon and is creative and was enforced to supply that organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior are achieved and reduce ratio change of post. Measurement tool composed of literature review and the research for prior literature etc. by method of study. Analysis of data was SPSS 12. to search interrelation between factor analysis and reliability verification, technique reeducation and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior for statistical analysis, propriety of a measurement tool and reliability verification, correlation analysis enforcement, technology reeducation did regression analysis to search effect getting in organizational commitment and main looking in the face people action. The result of abovementioned, management chief or director of an institution and employee education necessity and sense of purpose receive coincidence and necessity of reeducation, purpose, substance, method are attained organically so that technique reeducation supplies data of affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment, intellectual motion, conscientious motion can be affected by sequence of above effective reeducation organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior effect. |
