Research Paper : A Study on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in Nail Care

Abstract
In this study, the research on the actual condition of nail care service was conducted through 214 female between the age group of 20s to 40s living in Seoul and Kyunggi area who have received nail care services. Also, relationships between the level of service quality and customer satisfaction were examined. The results of the study were as follows. First, the most women (66 persons, 30.8%) used nail shops in their villages and it showed that the next was nail corners within beauty shops and skin care shops (44 persons, 20.6%). The most women (100 persons, 46.7%) happened to use nail shops and the next used nail shops by recommendation around (43 persons, 20.1%). Also, it showed that 95 women (44.4%) used nail shops for beauty (Expression of individuality), 93 women (43.5%) for a diversion and 76 women (35.5%) for nail care (Care
