Abstract
This study is intended to understand customers, who perceive the indoor and outdoor convenience, and come up with information needed to establish the marketing strategy for beauty shops and improve the beauty service quality by inquiring into the zone of tolerance for the indoor and outdoor convenience of service quality in beauty shops. To achieve this, a survey was carried out from May 20 to June 19, 2012 on customers visiting selected beauty shops after classifying the range of research into franchise beauty shop, local multi-units beauty shop and personal beauty shop.
