Research Paper : The Relation Between the Job Satisfaction Factors, Degree of Occupational Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Hair Beauty Service Industry Workers in Korea

Abstract
This study conducted a survey to analyze the correlation between the job satisfaction factors, degree of occupational satisfaction and turnover intention in workers involved in hair beauty service industry nationwide and gained the following results: The paper examined reasons for job dissatisfaction and changing jobs which those involved in hair beauty service industry came up with and found that there existed correlation between the job satisfaction factors, degree of occupational satisfaction and turnover intention. Among the job satisfaction factors, interpersonal relationship, work environment, and education were found to be crucial factors in increasing their job satisfaction and decreasing their turnover intention. If satisfaction with work environment and interpersonal relationship becomes higher, turnover intention gets lower.
