The purpose of this study was to examine the amount of women`s intake of lipstick and lip-gross and the amount of inflow of experimental ingredients. By comparing between teenage high school girl students and adult females, the investigator examined the amount of intake of lip-gross which was more frequently used than lip-stick and found out the inflow of experimental ingredient of lipgross. To get the amount of daily intake, the investigator first calculated the amount of three days` intake, then calculated its average. The average was the value of which deviation was small and which was selected among the average value of 15 experimental subjects and the average value of 13 subjects calculated excluding the Max and Min. To analyze the content rate of experimental ingredients, RPHPLC was used. Study findings are as follows: Through the channel of lipstick, adult females daily take in butylparaben 0.19 mg, No. 201 red color 0.15 mg, No. 202 red color 0.10 mg and No. 104 red color 0.01 mg. Also through the channel of lip-gloss, they daily took in butylparaben 1.31 mg, No. 201 red color 0.42 mg, and No. 202 red color 1.71 mg. Through the channel of lip-gloss, teenage high school girl students daily took in butylparaben 2.63 mg, No. 201 red color 0.84 mg, and No. 202 red color 5.43 mg.
