Research Paper : The Status of Beauty Industry, Especially Hair, and the Research of Hairdresser Qualifications

Abstract
This research compares the Beauty Industry Status and the hairdresser license systems of South and North Korea in order to bring attention and seek possible solutions for the discrepancies in the beauty industry that might cause disorder after reunification of the North and the South Korea. Therefore, the research is focused on the Hair Industry Status such as the Industrial scale and the costs of hair services. Second, the research contains the present condition of Hairdresser workforce such as data on social awareness, working conditions, and the wage of the North Korea Beauty industry. Third, It is investigated and analysed the Hairdresser qualification system such as the systems of current license, promotion, and educational institutions. The results were as follows: The North Korean salons were referred to as a convenience service facilities and were located near factories, accommodations, recreational parks, schools, and rest areas. The average size of the buildings that hosted the salons was approximately 30,979.7 m2. The average hairdressers
