Abstract
Purpose
The occupational stress levels experienced by South Korean service industry workers are known to be high. Mainly servicing young women with strong interest in their appearances and with strong self-expression, nail salon workers suffer from considerable emotional labor levels. However, studies on them have been insufficient. The present study therefore analyzed the effect of occupational stress levels and emotional labor on nail salon workers
