| Abstract |
|
The purpose of this study was to find out what factors hindered leisure activities of body specialists as well as the relationship of and the effect on job stress. The subject of this study were 161 people who were working in Seoul area except unfaithful answers. And cluster random sampling method was used in the study. The data from this study were analyzed using principle component analysis, frequency analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis at p<.05 in each analysis. SPSSWIN 12.0 was used in statistical dealing. Upon obtaining above results through the data analysis methods, the following conclusive statements were made. First, the result of the effects of restriction factors of leisure activities on job stress were as follows: In case of physical, structural and time Restrictions, there were statistically significant effects on job stress (p=.05). It was appeared that the more restrictions were, the higher job stress came. Second, the result of direct effects and indirect effects of restriction factors were as follows: In case of indirect effects, the values were decreased as order of physical restrictions (0.07), structural restrictions (0.038) and time restrictions (0.023). Therefore, it seemed that leisure devotion had significant effects on job stress through the medium of restriction factors of leisure activities. |
