Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Physical Fitness, Body Composition and Skin Condition of Female College Students |

Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the effects of 8 weeks aerobic exercise on physical fitness, body composition and skin condition of college women. We recruited a total of 25 female students. And they were voluntarily assigned into participants(n=22). The participants trained for 50min/day 3times a week during the 8weeks. The results. in the physical fitness showed to significant result in strength(t=-2.009, p=.007), muscle endurance(t=-4.502, p=.000), flexibility(t=-1.587, p=.118), balance(t=-.3.886, p=.002) and in the body composition showed, fat free mass(t=2.210, p=.045), basal metabolic rate(t=-3.498, p=.004) and lastly, in the skin condition showed significant result mostly factors in skin temperature index, melanin index, TWEL index, erythema index factors except of moisture index. Although our intervention showed the beneficial effect in physical fitness, body compositions and skin condition, further studies will be required to analyze the long-term efficiency and safety of this intervention. |
