Research Paper : A Study on Collage Expressive Formative of Hair Piece

Abstract

Hair piece is the mediator of hair and head. From the beginning of 1900s, wavy hair piece was created to assist the refine and elegant image making of bleached blond hair. It seriously considered the volume by treating the flow of different wavy hair and such. Even in the contemporary society, hair piece is still accommodating the most value by presenting the least; and it is a molding which brings the rising effect of aesthetics: becoming the mediator that emphasizes the artistic value which has the unique form of artistic expression. collage technique on canvas, not head, was applied to have effect of three-dimensionality, the application of various colors resulted optical illusion. It reflected the flow of trend of hair piece. It was a chance to apply materials as the expression tool of art trend through collage technique, starting from the symbol, ornament and expression of the hair piece, the media of hair and head through this writing.
