Research Paper : Study on Characteristics and Stability of Nanoliposomes Prepared by Phospholipid Classes

Abstract
There are three major lipo components in the skin harny layer, including ceramide, cholesterol and fatty acid on the skin horny layer. In this study, nano liposome is created by manipulation of relative composition ratio of these three components and the size and stability of its particle are observed. From the observation, it is found that its particles are getting bigger and its stability is getting worse as the content of fatty acid and ceramide is larger in the used lipo components while the particles are getting smaller and the stability is getting better as more and more cholesterol is contained in the components. The study results show that all formulas are safe to skin and the formula made under the adjusted composition ratio with lipo group that composes of the skin horny layer is excellent in moisturizing. Recapped the results above, the study indicates that nanolipoosome can be formed with major lipo components in the skin horny layer and its various characteristics can be fully applied to cosmetics.
